Patty has had a lifelong passion for real estate. She and her husband have bought and sold many properties over the years. Finally, the timing was right for her to join the business as a real estate broker in 2019.  Patty brings with her many years of sales experience, customer service experience and an agility to navigate the various needs of a relocation client.

Providing a smooth process in the purchase or sale of real estate is the main goal for Patty.  She makes sure that every transaction is handled in a timely, accurate and ethical manner.  Patty stands behind her commitment to exceptional customer service.

She loves teaming with her clients to meet the challenge of achieving their goals, understanding that each real estate transaction I unique because her clients are unique. Patty is a true advocate for her clients throughout her real estate transactions, for which her clients are truly grateful.

Patty was born and raised in Oregon in the coastal town of North Bend. Her husband served in the US Navy, and shortly after his discharge they returned to the Coos Bay/North Bend area. His education took them to Corvallis and then to Portland. Later, his career landed them in the Medford area. After selling their business in southern Oregon, they moved to McMinnville to be close to their daughter and two of their grandchildren. When she’s not working, Patty loves to spend time with her family, sewing and quilting, and traveling.
