As a previous lender, previous Senior Escrow Officer, and current Real Estate Agent, I have worked through and helped close all types of transactions to include personal residences, land, investment properties, construction, and commercial over the years.
Prior to real estate in Oregon, my background of management in the hospitality industry in AK and NY helped me appreciate not only the importance of attention to detail but also that service should be tailored to each Client. I believe strong communication is key when walking Clients through their real estate transactions, be they first time buyers or experienced investors. I also understand everyone's experiences are different and work at the speed and in the mode that best matches their comfort level.
Away from real estate, don't be surprised to see me walking/jogging the neighborhoods, or spot me at schooling events with my 11, 13, and 15 years old. A mom of three. a wine lover (those two go hand in hand don't they?), an investor, a lover of biographies a food network-aholic and in a very loose sense, a buddy you-tuber about local real estate.
