I was born and raised in Yamhill County, on farms in Yamhill and Dayton. I belong to the fifth generation to make the Willamette Valley our home, dating back to the Oregon Trail. I am dedicated to the community, lifestyle and beauty of this Oregon district.

From traveling around the world and being a native Oregonian, I have a unique perspective on our region. After graduation from Lewis and Clark College with a degree in Communications, I married and moved to Hong Kong for 12 years, working with my husband marketing and selling collectibles. In 1996 we moved back to Oregon to raise our two children.
